The Condition of our Church Building

As you are hopefully aware, the Executive Board of Immanuel voted in March to establish a Building and Renovation Committee, along with a fund for this purpose. Soon after, a donor gave a gift of approximately $67,000 to kick-start the fund.

What do we hope to accomplish? Some of the parts of our church building are simply in need of modernization; others are in serious disrepair. This situation needs to be addressed, while remembering that the church is not simply her buildings but exists in hearing the Word and receiving the holy Sacraments.
